So there is no misunderstanding part of the initial problem with this company is my fault.
I purchased a Christmas gift on-line and it arrived in an undamaged package which was wrapped as a present. The damage was noted when the package was opened.
I wrote at least three e-mails and made several phone calls to their customer service, the first on the day after Christmas. All attempts made to explain the situation and see if I could mediate a solution under these circumstances resulted in NO response from the company.
The BBB in that area attempted to mediate for me and all I got was a copy of their online 15 day return policy. Still no attempt at personal customer contact.
Please be wary of this company or any company that refuses to talk with their customers and at least try and resolve problems.
