I purchased two baseball cards from Juanfan19 through ebay on March 23rd of 2005. I sent him a money order the next day for the total of $545.00 for the cards I bought from him. He received my money order two days later and claimed he sent the cards.
After waiting a few weeks of not receiving anything I emailed him asking where the cards were. He responded back saying they had been shipped. After waiting another week of not getting the cards I called him via the phone number ebay provided me with and talked to him over the phone.
He said he was out of the office at the time and couldn't provide me with a tracking number at the moment but he would email the tracking number as soon as he got back home. I waited a few more days and never got an email and decided to call him back again. We talked for a second time on the phone and he said he was at his son's baseball game and would email me later that night with the tracking number he failed to provide me with a few days earlier.
After a few more days of not getting an email, I called him back several times with no answer. I emailed him also a week later and his reply was he would file a complaint with the post office since he sent them insured, but he never provided me with any tracking or insurance number. I finally asked for a refund since the cards never arrived.
After several emails asking for a refund he replied by saying a refund was being sent out within the next few days.By this time it is late May, 2 months after he received my payment. Once June finaly came with no cards or refund I emailed him saying I would file a complaint with the Postal Inspector.
After that email to him he replied back saying he would have my refund sent out on june 6th. I received a letter from him on June 8th, and it was completely empty, no refund or anything. The next day I filed a complaint with the Postal Inspector and I am still waiting to hear from them. I did get a letter from the a few weeks back saying they received my complaint and they are looking into it.
I have also filed a complaint within the past few months with a Detective and he is working on it also. This guy has several negative feedback for the same thing, non delivery of items. I also received 3 emails after I left him a negative from other user he did the same thing to.
