This national service just fails, flops constantly. Makes appointments that are not kept. Sends repairers without skills. Then makes new appointments, repeat same several times. Orders parts, then fails to use them. Bills excessively for work not done.incapable of completing repairs. Repair work never guaranteed. Rude call center does not care if you get help or not. Will lie to you about supervisors at lunch, managers at lunch, no one around who can help or take a complaint. Appliances fail after repair. Numerous complaints against A&E Factory Service on the internet, just look. If you have to go with them for repairs, just go buy a different brand appliance, and say No to the big box stores if they use A&E at all.
