Terrible Costumer service/Appointments Always Re-scheduled

A&E technicians do not come to the scheduled appointments, and we only find out about this when we call to find out why they are not there yet. A&E then "apologizes for the inconvenience", and offers us yet another appointment in approximately a week. This keeps happening over and over, so we are waiting for weeks and the appliances they are supposed to fix are still broken (dishwasher and oven).

The customer service representatives keep repeating the same phrases instead of offering a reasonable solution. Managers are never available, and half the time they do not call back as we were told they would. Both phone center representatives and their managers are often rude, and refuse to provide their ID to identify them when filing a complaint. The company has no contact other than the call center, and complaining at the call center just wastes my time—there is no change in behavior after so many hours spent on the phone and talking to so many people over there. Failure to provide us the service, failure to honor the scheduled appointments, horrible customer service. I wish our warranty company had a different company for our region...
