I was charged by Time Warner for installation of a wireless home network, a service I never received. I paid this bill, on a promise from Time Warner that it would be credited the following month. It was not.
I have tried unsuccesfully to obtain a credit for this charge, but have been repeatedly told:- "We will credit you only if you have the service installed, and pay for it again"
Obviously, I do not want this service. They took my money for it, on a lie - and now refuse to credit me for it!
