We got a bill where we had 12 "pornos' billed to our acct. Several within minutes and all within a couple of days. Everyone at Charter tells us to contact or write someone else. We wrote to our local office on the bill, it was an invalid address and was returned. We still have not heard from the "new" address. The phone number goes to Brazil or India and no one there can help except for one that knocked off five. They said we viewed them all to the end. WE WERE NOT HOME!
This is theft and fraud in my book. We both work so email is our best tool. We were told billing problems could not be solved over email because of FCC rules. But the phone number goes to someone that doesn't speak English!!!
