Intermountain Staffing Resources is a company that assigns day and temporary employees to companies without checking with the company first. Not only was I assigned to work at Tucson Medical Center (TMC) when they were already over-staffed, but I was assigned to work with a shift manager that was not even on the shift when I arrived.
This company really just sends employees out thinking that they will be employed anyway and that the companies that employees are sent to, such as hospitals and hotels, will not care and simply waste company funds on employees that were not asked for or at all needed.
Perhaps, once, the best employee really does walk through the door of this company, as they vainly advertise... But the unprofessional managers of Intermountain Staffing Resources do not keep good and accurate records, even with computer technology, and they waste the time and resources and lives, plus feduciary relationships, of their clients and employees.
