I represent an employer in Atwater, California who contracted with Staffing Choice to provide it with temporary employees and to provide workers compensation coverage for those employees. One of these employees was injured, and is claiming workers compensation benefits against my client. It appears Staffing Choice may have been uninsured.
I have a win-win proposal for Staffing Choice; however, so far they have not responded to inquiries from my investigator. My client is multinational and has resourses to pursue options.
