I personally think it's unfair that certain employees get better shifts than others do. I think that sure seniority should have something to do with how people get their shifts, but also how hard they work. I think that if you work hard enough, you DESERVE to get certain shifts. I also think that managers should complaint A LOT less when employee's need to switch a shift or cover it, after all, it is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT. I've been working for this company for four years, and I've seen a lot I don't like.
