I have been buying 3 pairs of shoes, that I received later on. They came too small, an one was not the one I ordered. So I tried to change them. It was hard to get answers to my questions, but eventually I would get short ones, saying that they would take the shoes back. I have been paying for the return of the package, and ordered 3 other pairs to replace the ones that I returned.
I waited several months, and after a considerable amount of unanswered emails, I learned that the site was going to be closed, the shoes not delivered, and the money sent back to all the customers. Since then the only news was that the site was now private, and requiring an identification and password for access. End of the story... And more than $400 lost, for nothing.
