I ordered 3 pairs of dyeable shoes for my son's wedding. I ordered 3 pairs in order to choose the best fitting one and return the rest. This is reasonable and typical of internet shopping. Two pairs were two small and I wanted to return them - never worn. That is when I found out that there is a no return policy.
Yes, this policy is stated on their website under the policy tab. But in all fairness this policy should be in bold and clear before you pay.
How many people read through a policy page on the internet - especially when buying shoes? The whole purpose of shopping on the internet is to save time.
I spent $840 dollars on the three pairs of shoes. The shoe that I would preferred would have been $235. I never would have ordered any shoes if I could not return them.
