Trying to down load 2008 Norton

I had been advised to deliver this for you I requested Norton 2008 and am having difficulty installing. I'm a dial-up and that I understand before they'd to deliver me a disc. I'm attempting to obtain going back 5 time and just got 25.11MB down-loaded. Please enable me with this particular.
