After many years and months I finally got around to questioning this charge from OAN services on my Verizon phone bill. I thought originally it had something to do with my e-mail on my computer. Finally I realized that this is not the case. So I went onto the web site they listed and lo and behold I found myself among many others on a Ripoff site complaining about this company. I decided to call one of the numbers they listed for billing questions (800-892-8424). I did not hold out much hope due to others stating they held one for a long time and did not get through. To my surprise after about 11 - 12 minutes a woman named Merita answered the phone. I told her I wanted this service cancelled and after a few annoying quetions she agreed to cancel this charge. Today is 3/21/08 and the charge appears on my Verizon bill on the 22nd of each month. I will let you know if in fact this charge in deleted from my phone bill. I just wanted people to know this I did in fact manage to get a real person on the phone. Hope other people have the same luck I did.
