I recieved a Verizon bill for an additional 14.08. The detail was that I was charged for a third party voice mail I did request. The Third party was USA Voice Mail and the third party billing dept. Was OAN Billing. 2 billing phone numbers are listed 1 for USA voice mail (800)-944-9646 and 1 for OAN billing 800-892-8424. The same person answered both phones. The Email address for OAN billing (www.oanweb.com) does not exisit but it did get me to this web site so I could get the word out. The person who answered the phone said did say he would credit my phone bill.
