Three days ago I wanted a second number added to my phone service for fax purposes, which cost me $10 a month with no features option. I chatted via live on comast.net and they gave me a number and an appointment. They said wait 24 to 48 hours. Ok fine. Still no dial tone for that number, so i scheduled a appt for next day for 9 to 11am time frame. No one came. I chatted again, they said oh the tech called at 10am (Lied) and he was looking for a light blue house. So of course i was pissed off and i said so on my account it says light blue house, Irvington, nJ? He couldn't see my full address along with my name of course on the work order he had? Or was he too lazy to get out the van?
They called a number that was not active on the account and I told them I did not want that number anymore much earlier, they said oh that's the number i gave them for the appt. Are you serious? Why would I give you a non working number? I am so pissed off right now that this made me cry. Verizon gave me problems, now comcast. There is no good choices out here anymore. Now it's 5:22pm still no tech. What's the excuse now? Oh i had told them light blue house with stipes on the side? I hate the utilities companies!!!
