A huge ripoff to the families of loved ones in jail Houston

I have been using Correctional Billing Services since 11, not by choice of course, but because they are the only option to being able to receiving phone calls from incarcerated family, friends, etc.

This company is a disgrace to customer service and any "legitimate" collect Phone Company. I set up my pre-paid account as they told me to back in November and noticed immediately that it seemed like we weren't receiving all of the calls from the credits that I was putting on the account. I now am adding money every other day because my balance magically goes from $60 to $12 overnight. I have put (as of today) a total of $2,308.78 on this account, which should account for 573 total calls, however, when I look online and add up all of my calls I am $300 short of that amount. Not only that, but when I called to inform them of this and try to get resolution they told me to refer to my account online to get my resolution, so when I explained to them that their online system is where I got my information from, she tells me that there is nothing that she could do about it. Needless to say I was extremely pissed!
So then I told them to send me a copy of all of my "so-called" statements, I made that request the 1st week of January it is now March 4th and I am still waiting on them although I have called and requested them over 5 times.

To add insult to injury I was told back in December after I kept having phone calls drop in the beginning and middle of our conversation that I can receive a full credit of ($3.94) for all calls 3 minutes and under, and half credit ($1.97) for calls under 15 minutes. Well I called this passed weekend because I had a 13 and 14 minute dropped call and now the rep comes up with the rule that the call has to be 13 minutes or less, coincidence??? I think not.

So I called today to get credit for 4 calls that were under 3 minutes and they have the nerve and audacity to tell me that they aren't going to refund me for the calls because the calls weren't dropped according to them but that I purposely hung up the phone. Yea, I was just itching to waste $3.94*4=$15.76, ummm no. I am burning up with anger, how dare they tell me that I hung up on purpose, that isn't even a reasonable thought.
When I asked the rep for the number to this "Main Office" that they so often speak of, she gives me a fax number for Ontario Canada and tells me that they don't have a number that receives incoming calls, and all I can do is send them a fax.

I have put up with enough and I am fed up and tired of doing this. My Fianc is in jail on a bogus charge to begin with, so not only is he being screwed, but also now I am being screwed for making sure that he has communication lines to our daughters, other family and myself.

This company has to be stopped because they are ripping people off and they do it because there are no other companies for us to go through. I feel like there should be a lawsuit so that all of the suffering parties can get back the money that they have basically stolen, as well as shining a light on what they are doing so that maybe they can regulate this mess because it's not right and it's not okay.
