Heather Collins just merged her buisiness with Granite Bay Spa and Salon. She went about this totally unprofessional. She has caused fights with my clients and without my knowledge took me off of the schedule.
I called to get my schedule the day I was unknowingly taken off and told to just keep calling back to see if anything was booked. I was only aware I was literally off of the books when I had four clients call me at home asking where I was and telling me they were getting confirmation calls to come in to there apt but would be with somebody else.
She has mistreated both me and my clients and I would not reccomend this spa to anybody who cares how others are treated.
