I was hired by Heather and her associate to develop a logo and graphic for her hair salon. It was specifically a line/black and white design incorporating a silhouette style of her head and the font she uses for her current marketing materials. I was also given a photo of a business card of a make-up artist and told they wanted something exactly like the design on the business card.
I created the design through many iterations and updates, was told it was good to go and then... Poof... No final payment even though I uploaded the final artwork files to my server for their disposal.
