Tropic granite and kithcen cabinets

I bought and had them install granite in my home, the install is bad as well as the granite and they will not come out to look at it or return my calls when I call and ask to speak to the owner, I have contacted the Better Business Dept and other granite companies have come to give me their opion and they tell me I got ripped off.
