Chevy Chase Circle Florists & Gifts - Washington, D.C. Flowers from the garbage can!

My brother emailed me from Iraq and asked me to order flowers for his wife since he did not have access to the internet at the time. So, I used a company called Teleflora (or eflorist.com). They sent my order to a local florist called Chevy Chase Circle Florists & Gifts.

I requested a lavender rose arrangement that totaled $84.13. But what she received was horrible! It was an Easter type of arrangement consisting of half dead greenery that drooped down the side of the vase, two yellow-orange roses, 4 tiny pink tulips and the two tall purple things that were half dead. I could have bought her nicer flowers from a grocery store!!!

I was so embarassed and angry. I called the florist and left probably a dozen phone messages... No one ever called back. I finally got through about 4 days later only to be told that someone would have to get back to me... And to date... They have yet to call me. I also left a message for Teleflora... They too have not responded.

So, I am letting everyone know that Chevy Chase Circle Florists are cheap and uncaring!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
