We have no idea who this company is or how they managed to get into our bank account. We discovered it when we were reconciling our account. This was a shock to both of us. Neither of us ever ordered anything from them. They hit our account twice the first time we managed to put a stop payment against them. That was a week ago. The mess finally got straightened up on Friday so we could use our account again.
Unfortunately we did not get a break from these lowlifes. They took a second payment this last Friday night using a different money amount. I called our bank this morning and we have no choice but to close that account and start a new one. I am also not sure how we can do that with no money as the money in our account is tied up and we can not use it. This is going to hurt as my husband has automatic deposit by the VA and when you change your account it throws your payment from the VA off by a month. So whoever they are, they are creating a financial hardship for my husband and I.
We suspect they are an offshore scam. But don't know and won't know until it is looked in too.
If we have any legal recourse we will give these people a huge legal black-eye.
