Ignotius professional telephone answering service had a very impressive website. The website boasted about the numerous ways of support for the new member. I had to buy the program to learn what was really expected of me. Because I am disabled, multiple sclerosis, I have no use up my hands and must use voice activated software. This program was just not working for me. So after I spent my $42.05, I realized the mistake I had made. Why they would take advantage of a disabled person, I'll never understand! $42.05 may not mean a lot to others, but to a person on disability, it does!
I e-mailed them several times, I called the phone number, only to get more heartache. When I did e-mail them about in in operable password, they did send me another one, which also didn't work! I e-mailed them once again, and got no response!
