In January I was surfacing the internet and came across this website selling information on how to obtain Government Grants. The CD was for $2.95. They mailed me the wrong CD (How to Sell on E-bay) and in order to access the CD they had to e-mail you the password. They didn't, they simply withdrew $60.00 out of bank account within a week.
When I contacted the service department telling them that I had the wrong CD they gave me an Email to request a refund or send me the appropriate CD. I e-mailed Janet and Jarvis three times! OK you mailed me the wrong CD at least give me a password. No reply. They told me that I had immediate access to the CD on that day. I search the mailbox and I did not see a password access to the CD.
If this was an honest company they would've gave me a password, even to a wrong CD. As of 2/28 no one gave me a feedback on this issue. This company business address is a mail drop off. Please investigate.
