Ignotius has a very realistic website. The website boasts about customer service, with an e-mail address, a phone number and a support e-mail address. I wrote to each address, called the phone number, and I received no communication back from the company. I initially thought that I could do this program, but having a disability, multiple sclerosis, I realized after ordering it that I can no longer do this. Because of this disease, I have no use of my hands, so I use voice activated software. The company e-mails me a code to login to the site, and it didn't work! Only after I'd gained access to the program did I realize it wasn't to just do jobs. It was to advertise your services to try and get work. This was not something I could do. So I asked for a refund. To a person on disability, $42.05 means a lot. Any help that you can give me, would be appreciated.
