They ripped me of $41.88 sent a cd rom that I can't access without a password or activation code

I ordered the Ignotius software program CD and paid the $41.88 after I got the CD it came without a password access code to allow me to login and use the service. I have sent multiple emails and didn't get a response. I paid via google checkout here is the receipt:

If you try to access the program from the affiliate program you will be asked to sign up as an associate and guess what you might have to pay again as well.

I requested a refund, I am not very hopeful to get my money back but I'll try it.
