Purchased a program ($19.95 $4.95) that was guaranteed to unlock administrator password on a computer. Program did not work because it was the wrong one, a more expensive program was needed for administrator password and I was unwilling to pay. Website claimed a 100% Money Back Guarantee - No Questions Asked. However, they refuse to provide refund unless I provide a screen shot of the error message. No error message, program didn't do anything. I needed the administrator password to run the program that was suppose to unlock it, therefore the program didn't work.
