The so called company ESBI is billing my phone company Frontier for third (3rd) party services that I the customer of Frontier did not request. I am being billed $14.95 per a month on my phone bill for internet, voice mail, and caller I.D. Services that I already receive through my phone company Frontier.
I have made three (3) calls to this ESBI company to be reimbursed for 2x14.95= $29.90 and the company states they have no account of my phone number and I will have to call my phone company that they are the ones making the mistake on the bill.
I have spoken to a supervisor at ESBI after the third call to them about the matter. He states that I will have to fax my phone bill to them to be able to be credited and the credit will take upto 30 days.
I as a customer of Frontier Comunications have advised them of the problem and that I am trying to resolve this matter with this company ESBI. Frontier is the one that made me aware of the charge when I called in to make a change on my account and was advise of the number to call to have the service removed from my phone bill.
I have advised a supervisor at ESBI that I will be seeking legal action on this matter if my Frontier account is not credited for the total amount due within seven (7) days. And their services are to be cancelled, I did not request them and do not want them.
