Seems like I am not the only one getting ripped off by this phone company ESBI. I called them to question, what the heck is going on, I never ordered your phone service, nor have I ever heard of you before, why are you billing me for "Voice Mail"? I ask to speak to a supervisor to get this matter corrected. They would not put a supervisor on the phone, stating it would be corrected, or a supervisor would be getting back to me.
Neither happened. They billed me for a second month, the months are Feb. And March. I'm not getting any results from ESBI and I even contacted Washigton, putting a complaint in for consumers. Nothing either. I'm going to try again contacting ESBI. This is ridiculous. They can bill me all they want to. If it continues, there has to be a way to start some kind of Civil Suit, or class action against this company ESBI.
