So this all satrted last month when I opened my phone bill beacuse it was a bout $15 dollars more then normal. I was looking at my bill and noticed a charge of $14.95 on there billed to a third party company with the name ESBI. I contacted the company with the 800 number that was on my bill and thought I had taken care of the charges and they told me they would stop billing me and repay me the $14.95 charge for that month.
Then this morning I got my new phone bill and there it was again well I got verry upset and instead of calling ESBI again I did a search of the company on the internet and found a lot of things about this so called company. It is pretty much a legal scam. I just couldn't believe what this company was doing and getting away with.
I called my phone company (frontier) and explained what was happining and was very poliet with the lady i talked to on the phone and she was very helpful. I put a third party billing block on my phone and she then contacted ESBI with me on the phone and lisened while I again called ESBI and told them I found out I was first charged back in september and demanded they stop billing me and refund my money. Well the lady on the phone tells me to hold so she can talk to her supervisor and came back and said she could refund me 3 months worth of the money. That enraged me and I got very upset and told her that I wanted all 8 months of payments I had been making with out me knowing so I was put on hold again, she came back and said she could do that.
So that is where I am at right now we will see if I get my money.
Everyone who has had this happen needs to speak up, if this has happened to you contact you governers office and/or the trade commision if we do nothing it's going to keep happing to countless people and some who are unaware it's happining to them.
