Unsolicited 3rd party billing on my Frontier Communications phone bill

Another unsolicited out of no-where 3rd party billing attached to my phone bill. Had previous problems with bogus billing, Verizon placed a "3rd party billing block" that worked until Verizon service was transferred to Frontier Communications. Had to request 3rd party billing block from Frontier. Watchout for 3rd party billings on your auto-pay bills.
