I ordered a bundle deal from frontier 79.99 per month of nov. Of 2007 the first bill was well over $ 200.00 in the meantime i got very sick copd. This over charging went on until nov. Of 2008 the nov bill was $ 388.00 ild & esbi charges was on this bill. When i called frontier they would not correct frontier said that was my problem i would have to call these two compaines and get this taken off. I told them i did not approve these charges. I am a very sick person i told i would not pay this bill, and requested a refund. They cut my phone services off. I have no communication to the er if i get sick. We only have the one landline phone service.
