Wont honor warranty

I purchased a Sealy Taffetta Mattress set from Factoy Mattress on Nov. 26 in an outlet in Hickory NC. The mattress had a guarantee not to sag. Well it has sagged down 2 inches on both sides and this is after I have turned this mattress over and over. I got an additional 5 yr warranty when went back to the store to check on the delivery date. The sales man Stan Smith told me he had to have the receipt to turn in with the warranty papers and he would bring my receipt back to me. I never got it back and he said he would send it with the delivery or in the mail.

So now I am trying to get my mattress replaced with one that is comparable and they say I need the original receipt to get this done. I have asked them over and over if they have my copy. They keep refering me back and forth. It is the outlets responsibility. The outlet says no, we send our papers to Charlotte. Needless to say nothing is getting done.

I have asked them to look up the transaction, I even have the sales number and the date and the amount and the sales person. They say they need the original receipt. I have told them, you kept my receipt and were suppose to send it back. They are refusing to help me and in the meantime I have a 1000.00 dollar mattress that is sinking and I cant sleep. I need help getting my mattress replaced. Can you help me? Where else can I turn?
