I purchase a queenn size mattress. And we notice that mattress been sinking in the middle so i called sims and spoke to tom and he was very rude and basically told me off. Then they came out to look at the mattress and they said that how the mattress was that way and that we had to turn around every 3 months. Then, i called tom again and explained that the mattress was getting worst and he didn't want to hear it and told me basicially that if i want another mattress i have to buy it. That they will give me the same mattress and i said that they told me that if they bring another mattress that it would happen again. So i really want my money back. They are not customer friendly. I pd. $500
