False charges are billed through Verizon or your local phone company for a directory assistance call that costs a total of $7.50. The 800 number on the bill is the wrong number for OAN, you have to call Verizon to get the right number in order to dispute the charge. They agree to credit the charge, because there is no way for them to show the legitimacy of it. The charge on my bill was for a call that was supposedly made when there was no one there to make the call.
