This company is a true rip off! Be aware you are forced into a contact for 5 years that your not aware off. Last summer Apx Alarm installed a system into my home because it was a great location to place they sign., I was very excited to have a free alarm system placed into my home since I'm a single parents with a 2yr old and a 4yr old... I was told that i have 3 days to cancel which i did on he third day... The company informed me 3 months later that this was a contact for 5 yrs and i have no choice but to pay for the system which cost over $2000.00... Or they are going to take me to a collection agency which they did. I contacted the collection to inform them of the issue and was told that this is a problem with a lot of alarm company but since i sign a contact i have no choice but to pay else this is going on my credit report... Help me
