In October two young boys showed up at my parents home and talked them into Pinnacle Alarm System. My parents are in their 80's, poor health and have hearing problems. They currantly had ADT alarm system and very satisfied and could hear the alarm. How these boys talked them into switching amazes me. Once the alarm was installed they told the boys they could not hear the alarm. The boys told may parents no problem they will have someone go to thier home and install a louder alarm. This never happened. They e-mailed the alarm company several times and the company assured them they would send someone out, again never happened. They called Pinnacle and was put on hold and no one ever got back to them. I also called three times and finally was able to speak to someone and they stated, yes someone should have contacted them and did not know why it had not happened. I told them it is going on 3 months and want something done. At that point she told me to hold and never came back. When visiting my parents I set off their alarm to see what would happened and no one responded from Pinnacle that their alarm was going off. So not only can they not hear the alarm but it does not work. They do not know what to do. The boys that installed the alarm also told my parents the surrounding neighbors (pointed to the houses) also use Pinnalce. Not true, they lied. My parents also tried to contact the boys who talked them into using Pinnacle and their cell phones had been disconnected. This company Pry's on the Elderly. I hope you can help.
