Pinnacle/SAI has charged me for 3 years after a faulty installation by them - door connects fell off the second day - so the alarm system has never worked; so much for their monitoring and promises; I would not recommend a system by them even if it were free. The only offer I ever got was for them to come out at the cost of $ 100 and fix the system they put in wrong. I told them why should I pay for something you did - give me the $ 100 and I will fix it myself. Theirs is the only business where the customer has to assure that the installation was properly done.
