I bought this warranty to cover the costs of car repairs
And when i needed this warranty to cover engine repairs
They knew that they were going to file bankruptcy and did
Not tell me this, and went along with the program and
Told me to fax the bill and that i would be reinbursed
And when i went to check on my claim they basicaly
Laughed at me and told me that they had filed for
Bankruptcy. When i asked them why they had not told me
This in advance so that i could have taken my car to a
Shop that would have been less expensive (i was told to
Take my car to a dealer and as everyone knows dealers are
Much more expensive), there response was that i had to
Get it repaired anyway, so besides the cost of the
Warranty that i had completely paid for i was also
Screwed out of $3,000.00 in repairs so i have lost
Appprox. $4500.00 and i had to borrow the money to get my
Car out of the shop or i would have lost my car also. To
Say the least when i told them that they were not nice
People and that i hope someone does not treat them in the
Same manner the gentleman that i was talking to called me
A female dog. So not only was i ripped off i had to be
Called names also. This happened in january and i have
Made several attempts to collect on this debt with no
Avail, the courts have not even notified me in regaurds
To the bankruptcy, which tells me that warranty usa did
Not even turn over all of the records to the courts.
Someone must be held responsible for stealing from hard
Working people, if i was so rich i would not have
Purchased this warranty in the first place, because i
Would have been able to pay for repairs out of my pocket.
Even after they told me they had filed bankruptcy when i
Would call they were still trying to sell more warranties
To others that could not afford the lies. These people
Are the worst of theives, they stole from people that
Could not afford to be taken advantage of. If our court
System and our state and governmental politicians can not
Stand up for us and take a stand against thieves like
Warranty usa they are just as corrupt and evil as
Warranty usa and deserve not another single vote.
