My husband and I purchased a warranty through Platinum Warranty Corp aka Warranty Wizard in 2001. The warranty came with a refund clause. If the warranty was not used during the terms, the warranty cost would be refunded at the end of the policy period. Luckily, our vehicle did not need any major work and minor work, we elected to pay out of pocket. We filed a request for the refund in February at the end of the policy. Last week, we received a notice that the company has filed bankruptcy. BEWARE of this company!!!
