When i took my motorcycle to them for warranty repairs the service manager said that all honda shadow motorcycles make that noise. That was not true as i have had 2 shadows with 50,000 miles and had never heard that noise before. I took it to an independant mtorcycle shop and they said it was not a normal noise.
I took it back to dealer and they took 3 weeks to call and say that the warranty that i bought would not cover it. Then an employee lied to me and said that honda made the decision but when i called the honda co. They said it was the dealers comments that decided not to warranty. The dealer charged me $175 to tell me that the warranty would not cover the repairs.
I have asked honda to reconsider three times and they refuse.
