I ordered a shirt for X-mas on Dec. 10th. I received a confirmation that my order was shipped on Dec. 12th. The tracking number given to me was incorrect. I thought nothing of it, thinking my order will arrive soon anyway. I saw the sweater I bought was reduced by $10 about 5 days after I ordered it. I contacted them because according to their website, the pricematch if the price changes within 10 days. They refused to pricematch.
Fast forward to Dec. 22nd, I realized that I never received the sweater. I contact them and they give me the same exact WRONG tracking number. I explain that the number is invalid, they seem confused. (They must hire complete idiots). I try my luck with email, I FINALLY receive a response after 5 days giving me the SAME invalid tracking number.
I contact them again... Receive the SAME response. They obviously don't pay attention. I finally tell them that if I don't receive my order or a CORRECT tracking number, a credit card report will be filed and I will never shop A/X again. Actually... I will NEVER shop A/X again anyway!
