First of all, the company is closing 4 Jan 08. They did not send out notices or anything. Second, I'm not getting the answers that I want to hear from customer service at the local store. They don't even have a number to the corporate office. That is just sad. I paid well over $1800 for this program and I was working with a lady named Sandy on getting a refund but that has a been another nightmare!
To my surprise, I called Sandy back the next day and another lady told me that Sandy no longer works there. So I asked for a copy of my files and guess what, my folder is missing. Now, I'm suppose to fill out some refund form and 6-8 weeks which doesn't make me happy either. This has just been a nightmare but I will not stop until I get my refund. I also disputed this with my credit card company because I just signed up like 4 weeks ago and NOW THIS.
This company should never come back ever! I think they knew they were closing some time ago. Whats shady about the whole thing is that they still were allowing people to sign up.
