Charged my card immediately and never sent any shoes Internet

I charged 2 pairs of shoes, shoes never came. They do not respond to e-mails, waited on phone for 20 minutes to speak with a very unhelpful and unfriendly person. Stated it would take 30 days to credit my account after I cancelled the order. 30 days later no assistance, waited another 20 minutes, still no refund. Will try to deal with my credit card number.
