I ordered a box set of the television series "Soap" in November. I have received numerous emails stating that they had a system malfunction but that they were manually shipping it so they had no tracking information. After researching this company more on line I found that no one ever receives their product. I further found message boards where the company began charging credit cards over and over. I have since received a refund from my card company and canceled the card completely. Don't make the same mistake I did - always check in to the company before you buy.
