Mid fall I ordered 3 monogrammed cutting boards and 1 monogrammed necklace from Lipstickshades.com as Christmas presents. As Christmas approached I noticed the cutting boards had not been shipped and the necklace received they had misspelled the name. I kindly emailed them to find out what the status of the cutting boards was and received a VERY rude email back saying the shipment had already been processed. They were not able to provide me with a tracking number nor a phone number or contact name of anyone in the company I could call. I then proceeded to ask about the necklace they sent and how it was misspelled and they again wrote back with a very inappropriate aggressive email saying they would get to it later. At this point I was done working with their customer service so I decide to kindly ask for my money back. They fired off 18 emails, all of which were very offensive stating they would not refund my money. I told them that was fine that I would contact my credit card company to resolve this issue. At that point they said they would refund the items with a 20% restocking fee and they would not refund the shipping. I NEVER received the cutting boards and the necklace was a mistake on their part, why in the world would I agree to a restocking fee and agree to pay for shipping for an item I never received? At this point I have handed it all over to my credit card company.
Buyers BEWARE... This company is a fraud and will charge your credit card regardless if you ever receive the items. Stay away.
