We purchased a point of sale system from this company in October and continue to have problems. He has failed to provide us with products that we ordered. He requires up front payment and then feels no obligation to follow thru... We have requested a refund on numerous occassions and he has yet to refund our money for items we never received.in addition, we have a 3 year support and warranty agreement that he has failed to honor. He will not respond to email, phone calls, or BBB complaint.
We are seeking a refund in the amount of $387.00 for gift cards that we never received. These gift cards were ordered mid November and he committed to an 8-10 day turnaround. Michael Kern has failed to respond to our requests for a refund.
