I ordered a iron man helmet last year and put the deposit down. On May 6th the remaining amount was charged and as of today June 2, I have not received the item or email that the item is on it's way to me. I have sent 2 emails and trying calling the number to find out the status of the item. No responses to emails and the number is useless.
I have ordered before on instock items and had no problems. The pre order items are handled poorly. Once they receive the items from the manufacture, the website doesn't tell you when the item will be shipped to you. I will not order from this company again. They have very poor customer service.
