Before I signed up with Vonage I shopped them with Lingo and others. I knew I was taking a chance with this company so I tried to mitigate any future issues. The only way I would agree to begin service was to not be charged a connection or disconnection fee in case I didn't like the service. During the entire times of service, I had intermittent technical issues that they could not fix. I couldn't take it anymore so I disconnected service.
I spoke to supervisors e17167 and Brian employee number 17902. Neither would honor the terms of my agreement. I plan on sending letters to my Congressmen, PUC, FCC and everyone else I can think of. There is a good reason this company's stock is at $2. They are terrible. Stay away at all costs. I have written to the Board of Directors and have yet to receive any answers.
