This telecommunications company is absolutely the worst of the worst. They have absolutely no scruples or professionlism. They took an order for new service froma part-time admin employee and NEVER required or sent a contract, howver insisting that we do have one. The sales rep Claude Trusty submitted a bid proposal with hidden columns show that we weren't ruly getting what they promised (T-1's) only partial T-1's. We only discovered this complete bait and switch when our IT vendor researched our slowdown problems. Telepacific has refused to correct the problem or provided anything resembling the originally propsed service and currently has the unmitigated gaul to try and charge us for early termination! As we are a nonprofit, we qualified for the California Teleconnect Fund, Telepacific never informed us of this, nor assisted with receiving it. I am still waititng to receive an accounting of how they are applying our credit due.
