Going online with a UPS tracking number, I entered it this weekend to find out that my package states a rescheduled delivery of 12/17. I notice online that it says on 9:40AM it has arrived in Austin, TX and it says it is in transit.

Every time I call them the automated operator tells me that the package is on its way to me. I then talked to a representative, and I did this 3 times. Each representative told me that the package should be on its way to me. The first one said call back after 7 if the package has not been delivered by then. I call back around 7:30 and the representative tells me that it could be delivered as late as 11:59pm. I then patiently wait until 11 and then call back to find out that I was lied to, therefore I asked to speak to a supervisor. I notice during this call as I refresh the UPS tracking online the rescheduled delivery disappears, CONVENIENTLY during the call.

The supervisor's name is Payde Valenzuela from the Arizona Call Center. She does nothing to assist me and tells me that I'm pretty much screwed. There is no compensation or anything of the sort. I wasted more than 5 hours of my time due to services that were promised by agents and what was said by the automated machine.
